## About Junctions

A junction is where **two or more roads meet** and it’s a common site for collisions.

Treat every junction with care.

## Advance Information

Look for signs of the junction ahead:

- Type of junction
- Traffic volume
- Warning signs, road markings, or direction signs
- Give-way or stop signs
- Traffic lights
- Changes in road surface or gaps in buildings

 

## Priority

- Priority is usually indicated by **signs and markings**.
- Where no priority is shown, **proceed cautiously** and do not rush.
