For this project, have a conversation with an unwitting family member or friend about making a cup of tea (or coffee).

Use this conversation to establish what they know and don't know about making a cup of tea.

Start by breaking down the tasks and ask about them, one by one.

- Do you know how to make a cup of tea?

- Do you know where the cups are?

- Do you know how to check if the kettle has water?

And so on.

After this, reflect on how the person's response affects your input afterwards - Are you following up with another question, or by giving information?
